H\u0259min s\u0259n\u0259dd\u0259 qeyd edilir ki, Az\u0259rbaycan d\u00f6vl\u0259ti postpandemiya v\u0259 postkonflikt d\u00f6vr\u00fcnd\u0259 keyfiyy\u0259tc\u0259 yeni olan v\u0259 2022\u20122030-cu ill\u0259ri \u0259hat\u0259 ed\u0259n strateji inki\u015faf m\u0259rh\u0259l\u0259sin\u0259 daxil olur.
